By accessing or using the SWANi website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>1. Acceptance of Terms<\/b><\/p>\n<p>By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>2. Services Provided<\/b><\/p>\n<p>SWANi provides consulting services to Korean companies seeking to expand into the German market.  Our services include, but are not limited to, marketing strategy, branding, business development, and German business establishment consulting.  Specific services and associated fees are detailed in separate service agreements.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>3. Fees and Payment<\/b><\/p>\n<p>All fees associated with SWANi services are outlined in a separate agreement with each client.  Payment terms are detailed in the agreement.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>4. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/p>\n<p>All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to the SWANi website and services remain the property of SWANi.  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website and services solely for your personal use in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>5. Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/p>\n<p>SWANi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the website or services.  SWANi&#8217;s liability is limited to the fees paid by the client.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>6. Governing Law<\/b><\/p>\n<p>These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>7. Changes to Terms<\/b><\/p>\n<p>SWANi reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.  Updated terms will be posted on this page.<\/p>\n\n<p><b>8.
